Consultants Exchange was founded in Sydney, Australia in 1992 by contractors, for contractors.  We are now known as CXC Global and today we serve thousands of contractors through over 20 offices across 5 continents globally, making us the leading global contractor management company.

Dave Thomas (Chairman of the Board of Directors) founded the company when he was an independent contractor himself, and his vision for Consultants Exchange was to provide high quality, legal and ethical contractor management services to independent contractors, and the agencies and clients they served.

The business grew quickly and soon CXC Global became the leading contractor management company in Australia.
